To Remember
This was the hardest song for me that we have ever recorded. I kept thinking of my own "little boy", all grown up, now a Marine, having served in war. I could barely sing the words for the tears streaming down my face.
For all the "someone's sons" (and daughters) who have served our country; for all those who have "raised a gun; for those parents and families who have waited so patiently for them to return; and especially for those who wait still, you have my heart-felt appreciation.
And to my son, thank you.
